These Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you (the "Player", "User", or "you") and wib4d (the "Platform", "Operator", "we", "us", or "our"), the entity operating the online betting and gaming services available at https://wib4d.cam and all associated subdomains (collectively, the "Site").

By accessing the Site, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, spinning a slot, participating in a togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draw, or otherwise using any feature of the wib4d platform, you acknowledge that you have read this Agreement in full, that you understand its terms, and that you agree unconditionally to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you must immediately cease using the Site and close your account.

Your continued use of wib4d following any published amendment to this Agreement constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We recommend bookmarking this page and reviewing it periodically. The current version date is displayed at the top of this document.

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms carry the meanings set out below:

To open and maintain an Account on wib4d, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age. wib4d enforces a strict 21+ age gate and will request supporting documentation as part of the KYC process. Any Account found to be registered by a person under the age of 21 will be closed immediately and all funds — including any winnings — forfeited.
2. You must be accessing the platform as an individual natural person acting in your own name and on your own behalf. Registration on behalf of a third party, corporation, trust, or other legal entity is not permitted.
3. You must not be located in or accessing the Site from a Restricted Territory at the time of registration or at any point during your use of the Services.
4. You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion order on wib4d or on any other gambling platform operated under the same group. Attempting to register a new account while under an existing exclusion order is a breach of this Agreement and will result in immediate closure of the new account without refund.
5. You must have the full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements in your jurisdiction of residence and must not be registered as a problem gambler with any nationally recognised self-exclusion register.
6. You must provide accurate and truthful information during registration and throughout your relationship with wib4d. Providing false personal details is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balance.

Each player is permitted to hold one Account only on wib4d. Operating multiple simultaneous accounts — including accounts under different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — constitutes a serious breach of this Agreement. Where duplicate accounts are identified, wib4d reserves the right to close all associated accounts and void any pending or credited bonuses without prior notice.

During registration you will be required to provide: your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification; a valid email address; a mobile phone number registered in Indonesia; your date of birth; and your current residential address. All information must be accurate and current. You are responsible for keeping your registration details up to date at all times.

KYC Verification. wib4d operates a mandatory Know Your Customer verification process. Before processing any withdrawal, and at any point we deem appropriate under our anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering obligations, we may request one or more of the following documents:

• A valid government-issued photo identification (Indonesian National ID card / KTP, passport, or driver's licence);
• Proof of current residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence dated within 90 days);
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot or photo of the bank account, e-wallet, or card used for deposits);
• A selfie photograph holding your identification document, upon request.

Failure to provide the requested KYC documentation within 14 calendar days of the request will result in suspension of withdrawal functionality. wib4d will never use your KYC documents for any purpose other than identity verification and regulatory compliance. Documents are stored securely in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Account Security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or two-factor authentication codes with any third party. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, notify us immediately via the live chat channel. wib4d accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised account access where the breach originated from your failure to protect your credentials.

5.1 Deposits. wib4d accepts deposits via the following payment methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI), OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and are displayed in the cashier section of your Account dashboard. All deposits are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). wib4d does not charge a platform fee on any standard deposit transaction; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own service charges independently of wib4d.

Deposits must originate from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the name on the payment account does not match the name on your wib4d account — are not accepted and will be returned to the source account where technically possible. Where a return is not possible, the funds may be held pending satisfactory identity documentation.

5.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawals are processed exclusively to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to technical availability. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Withdrawals below this threshold will not be processed. You must complete KYC verification before your first withdrawal is released. Typical processing times are 15 minutes to 6 hours for e-wallet withdrawals and up to 1 business day for bank transfers, subject to the receiving bank's clearing schedule. wib4d does not guarantee same-day processing for all tiers or during peak periods.

5.3 Currency. All account balances, transactions, and financial limits are expressed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). wib4d does not currently offer multi-currency accounts. Currency conversion is not available on the platform; you must fund your account directly in IDR.

5.4 Anti-Money-Laundering. wib4d complies with internationally recognised anti-money-laundering (AML) standards. We monitor all transactions for suspicious activity. Any Account demonstrating patterns consistent with money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime will be suspended, reported to relevant authorities where required, and the associated funds frozen pending investigation. Depositing and immediately withdrawing funds without meaningful gameplay is a pattern that may trigger an AML review.

wib4d offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All promotional offers are subject to the specific terms displayed on the relevant promotion page and to the general bonus rules set out in this clause. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and this clause, the specific promotion's terms take precedence.

• Wagering Requirements. Unless expressly stated otherwise, all bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before conversion to withdrawable real-money funds. The applicable multiplier is stated on each promotion page. Wagering requirements must be satisfied within the validity window stated for the offer; unused bonus funds and unmet wagering obligations are forfeited upon expiry.
• Eligible Games. Not all games on wib4d contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100% of each wager. Live dealer table games, sports bets placed at odds below 1.50, and certain specialty games may contribute at a lower rate or not at all. Contribution rates are listed on each promotion's detail page.
• Maximum Bet Rule. While bonus funds are active in your account, the maximum permitted bet per round or per game event is Rp 100.000, unless a lower limit is specified for the promotion in question. Placing wagers above this threshold while bonus funds remain active may result in the bonus and any associated winnings being voided.
• One Bonus at a Time. Only one bonus may be active in your account at any given time. Accepting a new bonus before fulfilling the wagering requirements of an existing bonus will result in the earlier bonus being forfeited.
• Bonus Abuse. wib4d employs advanced fraud-detection systems. Behaviours that constitute bonus abuse — including but not limited to registering multiple accounts to claim the same offer, coordinated bet hedging, and low-risk wagering patterns designed to complete requirements without genuine gameplay — will result in the voiding of all bonus funds, closure of associated accounts, and recovery of any withdrawals made from bonus winnings.
• wib4d's Discretion. wib4d reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Bonuses are offered as goodwill gestures; you have no contractual right to receive a specific bonus or to have an expired offer reinstated.

All games available on wib4d — including online slots, live dealer baccarat and roulette, virtual sports, e-sports betting markets, and togel number draws — are sourced from certified game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Pocket Games Soft, and Spribe. Each provider's random-number generators are independently audited by recognised testing laboratories. Published RTP figures are accurate and available within each game's help or information panel.

7.1 Betting Rules. All bets placed through wib4d are subject to the specific rules applicable to the game or market in question. For sports betting, the applicable rules are those published in the sportsbook section of the platform at the time the bet is accepted. For live dealer games, the rules of the specific table variant govern the outcome. wib4d's decision on the settlement of all bets is final and binding, subject to any applicable dispute process described in Clause 11.

7.2 Malfunctions. In the event of a software malfunction, game error, communication failure, or any technical issue that interrupts or incorrectly records a game round or bet, wib4d reserves the right to void the affected round and return any staked funds to the relevant account balances. Malfunction voids all pays and plays. No compensation is owed for any inconvenience caused by a technical fault beyond the return of the staked amount.

7.3 Suspicious Bet Patterns. wib4d monitors all betting activity for patterns consistent with match-fixing, insider information, arbitrage abuse, or coordinated manipulation of game outcomes. Where such patterns are identified, wib4d reserves the right to void affected bets, suspend the account pending investigation, and report the matter to relevant sports integrity authorities where appropriate.

7.4 Odds Errors. Where an odds or price error occurs due to human or system error, wib4d reserves the right to settle bets at the correct price at the time of placement. Bets placed knowingly on erroneous odds are void. wib4d makes no payment on bets accepted as a result of a manifest odds error.

wib4d is committed to the highest standards of responsible gaming practice. We recognise that gambling can become harmful and we take our duty of care to players seriously. The following player-protection tools are available to all registered users at no cost and can be activated at any time via the Account dashboard or by contacting our support team:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you may deposit. Reductions take effect immediately; increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Cap the total amount you may lose across a defined period. Once your limit is reached, further wagering is blocked until the new period commences.
• Session Time Limits: Define a maximum continuous play session. Upon expiry, you will be automatically logged out of the platform.
• Reality-Check Reminders: Receive on-screen notifications at configurable intervals displaying your session duration and net financial position.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary suspension (minimum 7 days, maximum 6 months) or a permanent closure of your account. During any exclusion period, your account is locked from all gambling activity and you will be removed from all marketing communications with immediate effect. Permanent exclusions are irreversible.

wib4d will never knowingly allow a player who has previously self-excluded to reopen an account during an active exclusion period. Players who believe they may have a gambling problem are urged to contact our support team immediately and to visit our dedicated Responsible Gaming page for guidance and external helpline information. You must be 21 or older to use this platform. Play within your means.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the wib4d platform. Any breach may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of account balance, and civil or criminal referral where applicable:

• Registering more than one Account, or registering any Account in a name other than your own;
• Using automated scripts, bots, data-scrapers, or any software tool to interact with the platform, harvest data, or circumvent security systems;
• Engaging in or facilitating any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime through the platform;
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software vulnerabilities, or reverse-engineer any component of the platform;
• Using a VPN, proxy server, or other IP-masking technology to circumvent geographic access controls or account restrictions;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information to wib4d staff, including during the KYC process;
• Using any payment method that you do not own or are not authorised to use, including stolen card details;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing wib4d staff or other platform users via any communication channel.

All content on the wib4d platform — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, text, software, game interfaces, data feeds, and the compilation of such content — is the exclusive property of wib4d or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No element of the Site may be copied, reproduced, distributed, republished, downloaded, displayed, posted, or transmitted in any form without the prior written consent of wib4d.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Site solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. This licence does not include the right to sublicense, sell, resell, modify, create derivative works, or commercially exploit any content or feature of the platform. Any unauthorised use terminates this licence automatically.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, wib4d, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or the cost of substitute services.

wib4d's total cumulative liability to you for any and all claims arising under this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by you to your Account in the six-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

wib4d makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the availability, reliability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of the platform or any of its services. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, server outages, and third-party provider failures may interrupt service availability without liability on wib4d's part.

Dispute Resolution. If you believe a bet has been incorrectly settled or your account has been handled in error, you must raise a formal dispute within 30 days of the relevant event. Disputes submitted after this window will not be reviewed. Contact our support team via live chat or email, providing your account username, the bet or transaction reference, and a clear description of the issue. We aim to resolve all disputes within 10 business days of receiving complete documentation.

The collection, storage, and processing of your personal data by wib4d is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you also confirm that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy. Your continued use of the platform constitutes ongoing consent to the data-processing practices described therein.

wib4d employs 256-bit SSL encryption on all data transmission between your device and our servers. Personal and financial data is stored on access-controlled, geographically redundant servers. We do not sell, trade, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with licensed third-party providers (payment processors, KYC verification services, game studios) strictly to the extent necessary to deliver the Services described in this Agreement.

wib4d reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they substantively affect your rights, obligations, or financial exposure — we will provide at least 7 days' advance notice by displaying a prominent notification on the Site and, where available, by sending a notification to the email address registered on your Account.

Minor amendments (such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not alter the substance of any clause, or updates required by regulatory change) may take effect immediately upon publication. The "last updated" date at the top of this document will reflect any change. It is your responsibility to review this Agreement regularly. Your continued use of the platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement.

This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it — whether of a contractual, tortious, or statutory nature — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which wib4d is incorporated and licensed to operate, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The specific governing jurisdiction is disclosed upon request to registered players via our official support channels.

You agree that any legal proceedings against wib4d shall be brought exclusively in the competent courts or arbitration tribunals of the Operator's jurisdiction. By accepting this Agreement you irrevocably submit to the personal jurisdiction of those courts for the purpose of adjudicating any such proceedings, and you waive any objection to venue in that jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause affects any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the law of your country of residence that cannot be excluded or limited by contract.
