This Privacy Policy (the "Policy") describes how wib4d (the "Operator", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects personal data when you access or use the online betting and gaming platform available at https://wib4d.cam and all associated subdomains (collectively, the "Site" or "Platform").

This Policy applies to all individuals who visit the Site, register a player account, make deposits or withdrawals, participate in any promotional offer, or otherwise interact with wib4d's services. It covers data collected through the website, through our customer support channels, and through any integration with third-party payment providers or game studios operating on the Platform.

By registering an account or continuing to use the wib4d Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Policy and that you consent to the data-processing practices described herein. If you do not agree with any aspect of this Policy, please cease using the Platform and contact our support team to close your account.

For the purposes of this Policy, the following terms carry the meanings set out below:

wib4d collects Personal Data through several distinct channels. The categories of data we collect and the circumstances in which they are collected are described below.

3.1 Data You Provide Directly

• Registration data: full legal name, email address, mobile phone number, date of birth, residential address, and the username and password you choose during account creation;
• KYC documents: scanned or photographed copies of government-issued photo identification (Indonesian KTP, passport, or driver's licence), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership;
• Financial data: bank account numbers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI), e-wallet identifiers (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja), and transaction records including deposit amounts, withdrawal requests, and bet history;
• Support communications: the content of live chat conversations, emails, and any other messages you send to wib4d's customer support team.

3.2 Data Collected Automatically

• Device and browser data: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device model, screen resolution, and time zone;
• Usage data: pages visited, time spent on each page, features accessed, betting and gaming activity logs, session start and end times, and navigation paths through the Platform;
• Session cookies: temporary identifiers that maintain your logged-in session and remember certain preferences. Session cookies expire when you close your browser. See Clause 7 for a full cookie breakdown.

3.3 Data Received from Third Parties

• Payment processors: confirmation of transaction status (success, pending, failed) and the masked payment account reference used for a given transaction;
• KYC verification partners: results of automated identity and sanctions-screening checks, including whether a submitted document passed or failed verification;
• Game studios: anonymised game-round logs used for dispute resolution, jackpot verification, and fair-play auditing purposes.

wib4d processes Personal Data only for the specific, legitimate purposes listed below. We do not use your data for any purpose that is incompatible with those originally disclosed.

wib4d processes your Personal Data on the following legal bases, which correspond to the processing purposes described in Clause 4:

• Contractual necessity: processing required to perform the contract between you and wib4d — specifically, account creation, service delivery, payment processing, and KYC verification. Without this processing, wib4d cannot legally provide its services to you.
• Legitimate interests: processing that serves wib4d's genuine operational interests in fraud prevention, platform security, AML compliance, and product improvement, where those interests are not overridden by your rights and freedoms. We conduct a balancing assessment before relying on this basis.
• Legal obligation: processing mandated by applicable law, including the retention of financial and identity records for statutory audit and regulatory inspection purposes.
• Consent: processing for direct marketing communications. Where consent is the legal basis, you have the right to withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing. Withdrawing marketing consent does not affect your account's operational functionality.

wib4d does not sell your Personal Data. We share it only with carefully selected third parties in the specific circumstances described below, and only to the minimum extent necessary for the stated purpose.

• Payment processors and e-wallet providers (including BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja, and their technical intermediaries): your name and payment account reference are shared to authenticate and settle financial transactions. These providers operate under their own licensed data-protection frameworks.
• KYC and identity verification partners: your identity documents and personal details are shared with licensed, third-party verification services solely to confirm your identity and screen you against sanctions and PEP databases. These partners are bound by strict data-processing agreements and are not permitted to use your data for any other purpose.
• Game studios and content providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Pocket Games Soft, Spribe, and others): a pseudonymous player identifier and game-round logs are shared for the purpose of game settlement, jackpot verification, and independent fairness auditing. No directly identifiable personal data (such as your name or email) is transmitted to game studios.
• Analytics providers: anonymised, aggregated usage data may be shared with analytics tools to help us understand how the Platform is used and where improvements are needed. No individually identifiable data is shared in this context.
• Law enforcement and regulatory authorities: where we are legally required to disclose information by court order, subpoena, or applicable law, or where we reasonably believe disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of wib4d, its players, or the public.
• Corporate transactions: in the event of a merger, acquisition, asset sale, or business restructuring involving wib4d, your Personal Data may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to the incoming entity being bound by terms at least as protective as this Policy.

wib4d uses a limited set of cookies and similar technologies to operate the Platform, maintain your session, and understand how the Site is used. We do not deploy advertising cookies, cross-site tracking pixels, or behavioural profiling technologies.

You can control and delete cookies at any time through your browser's settings. Disabling strictly necessary cookies will prevent you from logging in to the Platform. Disabling functional or analytics cookies will not affect your ability to access any core feature of wib4d but may degrade certain preference-based personalisation.

wib4d retains Personal Data only for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected, to comply with our legal obligations, or to resolve disputes and enforce our agreements. The following retention periods apply:

• Active account data (name, email, phone, address): retained for the duration of your account relationship and for 24 months following permanent account closure, after which it is securely deleted or anonymised.
• Financial transaction records (deposits, withdrawals, bet history): retained for a minimum of 5 years from the date of the transaction to satisfy applicable AML and financial record-keeping requirements.
• KYC documents (identification scans, proof of address): retained for the duration of the account relationship and for 5 years following account closure, or longer if required by applicable law or an ongoing regulatory investigation.
• Support communication logs: retained for 24 months from the date of the final interaction, to support dispute resolution and service quality review.
• Analytics data: retained in anonymised, aggregated form for up to 24 months. Anonymised data is not subject to deletion requests as it no longer constitutes Personal Data.

Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, Personal Data is either securely and permanently deleted from all active systems or rendered irreversibly anonymous so that it can no longer be attributed to you. Requests for earlier deletion are handled in accordance with Clause 10 (Your Rights).

wib4d takes the security of your Personal Data seriously and implements a multi-layered set of technical and organisational safeguards designed to prevent unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction of your information. Key security measures include:

• Encryption in transit: all communication between your browser or app and our servers is encrypted using TLS 1.2 or higher (256-bit SSL). HTTP connections are automatically redirected to HTTPS.
• Encryption at rest: sensitive Personal Data — including KYC documents and financial account details — is stored in encrypted form on access-controlled servers using AES-256 encryption.
• Access control: access to Personal Data within wib4d's systems is restricted to authorised personnel on a strict need-to-know basis. All staff with access to player data receive regular data-protection training.
• Two-factor authentication: wib4d supports and strongly encourages the use of two-factor authentication (2FA) on all player accounts to prevent unauthorised access following credential compromise.
• Intrusion detection: our infrastructure is protected by real-time intrusion detection and prevention systems, with 24/7 monitoring for anomalous activity patterns.
• Penetration testing: the Platform undergoes regular third-party security audits and penetration tests to identify and remediate vulnerabilities before they can be exploited.

Despite these measures, no internet-connected system can guarantee absolute security. In the event of a data breach that is likely to result in a high risk to your rights and freedoms, wib4d will notify affected players without undue delay and will take all reasonable steps to contain the breach and prevent recurrence.

As a Data Subject, you hold the following rights in relation to your Personal Data held by wib4d. These rights apply regardless of your account status and can be exercised at any time by contacting our Data Protection team via the channels listed in Clause 15.

All rights requests are handled at no charge. We aim to respond within 30 calendar days. Where requests are complex or numerous, we may extend this period by a further 60 days, in which case we will notify you of the extension and the reason within the initial 30-day window.

Where wib4d is unable to action a rights request — for example, where deletion would conflict with a statutory retention obligation — we will explain the specific legal ground for the refusal in writing.

wib4d does not knowingly collect Personal Data from any individual under the age of 21 years. Access to the Platform is strictly limited to adults aged 21 and above. Age verification is a mandatory step in the account registration and KYC process.

If we become aware that Personal Data has been collected from a person under the age of 21 — whether through a registration error, fraudulent misrepresentation of age, or any other means — we will immediately close the associated account, void any transactions, and permanently delete all related Personal Data from our systems, subject to any mandatory legal retention periods for transaction records.

wib4d's server infrastructure and certain third-party Data Processors may be located outside Indonesia. Where Personal Data is transferred outside your country of residence, wib4d takes appropriate safeguards to ensure that your data receives a level of protection consistent with this Policy and with internationally recognised data-protection standards. These safeguards may include:

• Transfer to countries that provide an adequate level of data protection as recognised by relevant authorities;
• Use of standard contractual clauses or equivalent data-transfer mechanisms approved by applicable regulatory bodies;
• Binding corporate rules or equivalent group-wide data-protection policies where transfers occur between affiliated entities.

Where data is transferred to third-party processors in connection with payment processing or KYC verification, those processors are required by contract to implement security measures that meet or exceed those described in Clause 9 of this Policy.

wib4d reserves the right to update or revise this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our data-processing practices, applicable law, or regulatory guidance. The "last updated" date at the top of this document will be revised accordingly whenever a change is made.

Where changes are material — meaning they meaningfully alter the way we collect, use, or share your Personal Data — we will provide at least 14 days' advance notice by displaying a prominent notification on the Platform and, where practicable, by sending an alert to the email address registered on your Account. For minor editorial changes that do not affect the substance of our processing activities, the updated Policy will take effect upon publication without separate notification.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of a revised Policy constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree with the revised terms, you may close your account by contacting our support team before the revised Policy takes effect.

This Privacy Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which wib4d is incorporated and licensed to operate. The specific governing jurisdiction is disclosed upon request to registered players via our official support channels.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Policy — including disputes relating to its existence, validity, or termination — shall be referred to and finally resolved by the competent courts or arbitration tribunals of the Operator's jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence require otherwise.

Nothing in this clause limits any statutory rights you hold as a consumer under the laws of Indonesia or any other applicable jurisdiction that cannot be excluded or modified by contractual agreement.
